Refund/Exchange Policy

  • If you do not pick up your order, Donuts will not issue a refund, regardless of the circumstance. We will be happy to remake the product for you if you need it again; however, you will have to pay for both. We cannot refund any product that is abandoned by the customer..
  • If Donuts has been deficient in our production of your product, we would appreciate it if you would let us know and bring back the remaining product. This allows us to correct our team, and get it perfect next time. Obviously, in this case we will provide you a refund / replacement for the product. We retain the right to judge our product quality for ourselves and the percentage of the amount to be refunded based on the issue.
  • Orders placed on the same date of delivery will not be cancelled or refunded .For order placed on latter days you can cancel the order 4 days before the delivery date for a full refund you cannot cancel the order later than that and no refund will be provided.
  • Product once sold will not be taken back / exchanged since it perishable food products.
  • You will have to send us a mail with your order details to orders@thedonutscbe.com to cancel the order in the stipulated time.

Order Cancellation and Change Policy:

Things happen and at Donuts we understand that and will work with you as best we can. All changes must be made 24 hours in advance of pick-up tie charges if any will be applicable, no changes to the order can be made after that. All changes must be handled directly with a representative of Donuts and confirmed. For the same day Delivery Orders If you cancel within 30 minutes after placing on the same day we will give you a full refund for your product there is no cancellation or refund 30 minute after placing the order. For order placed on latter days you can cancel the order 4 days before the delivery date for a full refund you cannot cancel the order later than that and no refund will be provided.
Refund will be made in the same payment mode within 14 working days approximately.

Out of Stock Policy

If in any case an item you ordered is out of stock, we will first try to contact the customer either by phone or via email. We will give you 
other comparable choices to choose from. If you would like to cancel the order then that can be done and the full amount will be refunded
