Cancellation & Refund

The Donuts loves serving its customers at any issues on order placing and order delivery and order cancellation.

• Order cancellation can be made at customer care through call (9842845959)
• Cancellation of orders should be intimated to The Donuts only during Business working hours of 9.00 AM to 6.00 PM.
• Cancellation to be made 24 hours before the delivery date
• Cancellations will be not be considered if the request is made before or after the time mentioned above and for same day delivery it has to be intimated 6 hours before delivery time.
• Bulk order cancellation should be done 48 hours prior to delivery time
• We do not provide refunds but for the value of product, new products or similar products will be delivered as soon as possible
